Charity Week Facts: American Cancer Society

CharityWeek2012-AmericanCancerSocietyCheckAs you probably know, the American Cancer Society was the main beneficiary of Allied Wire & Cable’s 7th Annual Charity Week.

On Wednesday, we were happy to have two representatives from the organization stop by our Collegeville, PA headquarters and accept our check for $15,419. Jennifer Sabo, Director of Community Income Development, and Laura Hilbert, Income Development Representative for the East Central Division of the American Cancer Society, joined Allied’s management team for the check presentation.

While they were here, we talked to them a lot about all of the services and resources the American Cancer Society offers, and just how many people they help every year. They shared a lot of interesting information with us, and we want to pass it on to you.
